Se puede acceder a "Soporte y Créditos" desde el "Centro de Administración" del foro. Esta página se encuentra separada en secciones para mostrar información sobre diferentes funciones y características del foro.

• Información de Soporte - Esta es la primera sección que se muestra. Analiza el servidor para comprobar que los siguientes componentes están al día: SMF, PHP, base de datos, librería de gráficos y servidor web. Esta información permite hacer una copia rápida de los datos para la creación de un tema de soporte en los foros de la Comunidad de Simple Machines.
• Common Support Issues - This is a live feed from the Simple Machines site, with regularly updated information about common issues and their fixes. This section can also contain links and information about running an SMF forum. If the live file cannot be reached for any reason, it will display a message alerting you that it cannot reach the Simple Machines site.
• Credits - This section serves as a thank you notice to all the volunteers who have dedicated their time and effort into improving SMF and its outlying community. Each member and their role is stated on this list.
