== Users can't move uploaded files ==
I noticed that I have a '''Move''' button when I look at an ordinary article on this wiki.
But i do not have a "Move" button when I am looking at an uploaded file.
I cannot move or rename uploaded files, and I bet [[User:Dzonny]] cannot do it, either.
