The Calendar is an optional feature to show events, birthdays, and holidays. After the administrator enables the calendar in Core Features, there will be a calendar button in the Main menu. Members may have permission to post calendar events. Birthdays are shown from member profiles. Holidays are taken from a separate holiday file. The administrator sets up the calendar from the from Calendar administration. In version 2.0, a mini-calendar displaying upcoming events is available. For more information, see Calendar.
