The help page located on the Main menu has a lot of similarities with the Using SMF As a Regular User section on this Wiki. But conveniently, admins will not have to send their members here since the members can find help getting around SMF straight from the forum they are viewing. They will find a lot of handy guidance about getting around SMF as a user and how to understand how to use the features of SMF.

In SMF version 2.0, the Help tab of the main menu will direct users directly to the online documentation at SimpleMachines.org. This documentation is in the process of being updated to reflect the changes coming with SMF 2.0, and will continue to help new users understand how to use the features of SMF.
