How to change the default forum language

Choosing a default Language from Language Settings

1. Go to Admin > Configuration > Languages > Settings like this:
   • From the Navigation Buttons, select Admin
   • In the Administration menu, hover over Configuration to see the drop-down menu
   • Select Languages
   • Choose the Settings tab
   • You will be at the Settings tabbed page of Languages.
2. Find "Default Forum Language" and select the language you want for yrou forum.
3. Select the Save button

Getting different languages for your forum -- Add Language

1. Go to Admin > Configuration > Languages > Add Language
2. Type the name of a language into the input box
3. Select the search button
4. The page will be updated with a list of all matching language packs from simplemachines.org.
5. Use the "Install" link to the far right of your desired language to install the language pack for your forum.
