Moderator functions

A moderator is someone who can moderate posts in whatever boards the moderator is given the power to moderate.

Usually moderators are listed under the board's description.

Moderators can:

• Delete topics and replies to topics.
• Move topics to another board.
• Split posts out of a topic to create a new topic.
• Sticky a topic placing the topic on the top of a board
• Merge topics into one topic.
• Rename topics or change subject lines.
