In this section, there is a list with the version of SMF that the forum is using, the current version of SMF that is publicly available, and information about the forum's host. This includes what version of PHP they are using, the database scheme (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite), Apache, and GD the host is using along with the PHP accelerator. If one is installed, the version of the accelerator that is being used is also listed.

Support and Credits is accessed through the Administration Center of the forum under the "Main" category. The page is split into different sections to allow a flow of relevant information on different features and functions of the forum.  
  
Also displayed here is the recent Common Support & Issues. This comes directly from the Simple Machines website. This particular section lists common issues with SMF and what can be done about them, in order to be able to fix them if they are ever encountered.

Located below that, is a list of some of the people responsible for the current version of SMF that is installed. This is only a partial list, because everyone that uses SMF and suggests new features or reports bugs that they have found, have helped make SMF what it is today.

Common Support Issues is a live panel from the Simple Machines site, with regularly updating information on current common issues and the important fixes. This will contain links and information on running an SMF forum when there are no common issues to be displayed. If the live file cannot be reached for any reason, it will display a message alerting to this.
