The following applies only to version 1.X and 1.1.X

There are two possible explanations:

Maybe you have tried to remove the SMF copyright from your theme in violation of our license. Please replace it.
The language files for your theme may be missing or have become corrupt. Re-upload the "languages" directory for the theme which is giving you the error. If you receive the error on all themes, try re-uploading the default theme's "languages" directory.
