Avatars are shown in members’ profiles and beside their posts, and can be changed through their [[profile]] page. Usually avatars can be changed by uploading a new one, selecting one from a list, or linking to an offsite avatar.
 
Most forums will have requirements regarding the size and type of avatars. Administrators can set up various limits and restrictions to meet their needs with the [[Attachments and Avatars]] Manager in their [[Administration Center]].
