Forum news can be used to display news items on the forum header of every page of the forum. These items are randomly selected from news entered in the SMF2.0:News_and_newsletters#News tab of the administration Center. Optionally, a news fader can be enabled in the theme settings of one or more themes to sequentially display every news item.
